Payment is required in full before any products are delivered.

All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. STLTREASURE does not store your complete payment card information.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Most products sold by STLTREASURE are digital downloads, including STL files and related digital content.

Following successful payment:

  • Digital files are made available for immediate download.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address and account information are accurate.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to maintain backups of downloaded files.

5. License and Acceptable Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute our digital files.

  • Share purchased files with others.

  • Upload our files to other websites or marketplaces.

  • Claim ownership of our designs.

  • Remove copyright notices or branding.

  • Use our files beyond the scope of the license provided.

If a product includes a separate commercial license, the terms of that license will govern its permitted use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on STLTREASURE, including STL files, digital downloads, graphics, logos, product descriptions, website design, text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Avylo LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through the purchase of digital products.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Due to the nature of instantly delivered digital products, purchases generally become non-refundable once files have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available."

While we strive to provide high-quality, thoroughly tested digital files, we do not guarantee compatibility with every printer, slicer, software configuration, material, or printing environment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products meet their own technical requirements before purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avylo LLC and STLTREASURE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.
