At STLTREASURE, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and returns may be requested.

STLTREASURE is owned and operated by Avylo LLC.

Digital Products

Most products sold through STLTREASURE are digital downloads, including STL files and other digital content.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are limited.

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The purchased files have not been downloaded or accessed.

  • The refund request is submitted within 5 days of purchase.

  • The order was duplicated due to a technical or billing error.

Digital products are not eligible for refunds if:

  • Any purchased files have been downloaded or accessed.

  • More than 5 days have passed since the purchase.

  • The purchase was made by mistake after the files were delivered.

  • The product description accurately represented the item purchased.

Once digital files have been delivered and accessed, the sale is considered final except where required by applicable law.

Physical Products

If STLTREASURE offers physical products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery.

  • The item is non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or customization.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,

  • An incorrect item, or

  • An item with missing components,

please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or additional information to help us resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

  • Photos if the request relates to a physical product.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

Return Shipping

For eligible physical product returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
